Our AV maintenance services have evolved over the years, and with our proprietary remote management and control systems, we have delivered unrivalled support systems for our clients. These systems have not only lowered their stress levels but also, importantly, reduced their long-term operating costs.

Benefits of Regular Maintenance

Prolonged Lifespan

Regular preventative maintenance visits for equipment servicing offer the best care for your AV equipment. Just as regular servicing extends the life of your car, our AV maintenance service ensures your AV systems run smoothly for years to come.

Improved Performance

Timely intervention prevents minor issues from escalating, leading to immediate performance enhancements. Neglecting maintenance can result in costly repairs and downtime.

Reduced Downtime

Our swift remote support service guarantees a response within 2 hours, but it usually happens within 20 minutes, minimising disruptions and allowing you to focus on your business without interruptions. Avoiding equipment failure is crucial, and our proactive approach ensures seamless operations.

24/7 coverage

We also further enhance our AV Maintenance services by offering extended “out of hours” support that can be scaled up to 24/7 remote coverage, with onsite visits outside of your core operating hours where necessary, to ensure minimal disruption to your operations.

Customised Maintenance Plans

Whether you’re a new or existing client, we offer tailored maintenance plans to meet your specific requirements. Our 3-year installation warranty underscores our commitment to quality service.

Rapid Response

Our service level agreements combine a rapid response 1st-line remote support service in under 2 hours with next-day onsite support in person with unlimited call-outs.

Our Services

We are committed to providing hands-on, reliable support tailored to your needs. Whether troubleshooting technical issues or addressing long-term concerns, we’re here to assist.

Daily Monitoring

Any system downtime is simply unacceptable, and if you’re a facilities manager looking after equipment over multiple sites, how do you know when something has stopped working? With our daily monitoring systems, we can carry out a proper equipment check at the start of the day that lets us really see what’s happening onsite, and then, if there’s a problem, we don’t wait for a support ticket to be raised, we just fix it, and then we send you a report letting you know what happened; its proper proactive maintenance.

How Can I Tell if My AV System Needs Maintenance?

Look out for initial signs such as connectivity issues, flickering screens, excessive heat, or distorted audio. If you experience these problems, it’s time to schedule a maintenance visit.

How Often Should I Expect Maintenance?

The frequency of maintenance depends on your system’s usage and needs. Generally, we recommend a maintenance visit every six months or at least annually to ensure peak performance.

What are the Benefits of Regular AV Maintenance?

Regular maintenance helps prevent serious issues by addressing minor problems early. This proactive approach minimises downtime and extends the lifespan of your AV equipment.

Can I Perform Maintenance Myself?

It depends on your level of expertise and training. AV systems often combine equipment from multiple manufacturers, and it’s very easy to make a simple problem much worse if you start pulling at cables and randomly turning the equipment off or on again. Ideally, our experts should address technical issues to avoid further complications.

Can I Troubleshoot My AV System?

Yes, you can troubleshoot fundamental issues such as checking cable connections or power sources. However, for unresolved problems, it’s best to contact our support team for assistance.

What if My Sound or Picture Disappears?

If you encounter technical issues, check power sources and cables first. If problems persist, contact us for prompt assistance to ensure uninterrupted operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to set up a video wall?

Video wall installations generally take several days, depending on the size and location. Video walls require power and data connections and are heavy, often requiring structural support. Hence, video walls must be carefully planned to achieve the best outcome.

Can I have a video wall at home?

Yes, you can! Most video walls are seen in business environments, but if you have the space and budget, the latest seamless LED video wall technology can create impressive large-screen displays that rival your local cinema!

What is the best use for a video wall?

There are numerous different functions a video wall can have. A few popular reasons for having a video wall are for signage, entertainment, surveillance and advertising purposes.

How long will my video wall last?

This depends on which type you opt for. Typically, the lifespan of an LED video wall is at least 11 years (often longer), while an LCD video wall is around about 5 to 7 years.

How energy efficient are video walls?

Power consumption is another essential factor to consider before purchasing an LED or LCD video wall. LED video walls are more energy efficient than their LCD counterparts, and their lifespan is also almost double that of an LCD video wall, so they are by far the most energy-efficient type of video wall.

Will I have a good resolution on my video wall?

Image quality and display resolution are some of the most common questions asked. By their nature, LCD video walls will have a higher display resolution than LED video walls. However, they are very different display technologies, so the resolution of your video source content will be equally important. Depending on your requirements, HD, Full HD, 4K and 8K video wall displays are all possible with LCD and LED video walls.

How many screens should an LCD video wall have?

The number of screens used in an LCD video wall depends on the overall size of the video wall you want to create and the space available to put it. The most common video walls are nine screens, arranged in a 3×3 format using 55″ screens, which comes in at approx. 3.6 x 2.0 Metres (WxH), but every project is different, and we have installed video walls in all different sizes.

What size are the LCD video monitors you use?

Typical individual LCD video wall screen sizes are 46”, 55” & 60”.

  • 46”: Dimensions approx. 1022 x 576.6 x 101.7mm (WxHxD)
  • 55”: Dimensions approx. 1213 x 684 x 95mm (WxHxD)
  • 60”: Dimensions approx. 1335.9 x 754.2 x 149.3mm (WxHxD)

The final configuration will depend on the unique situation, so please get in touch, and we will design a video wall to suit your requirements.

Can you build an Outdoor LED Video Wall?

Yes, of course! When it comes to large outdoor displays, LED video walls are the best display technology to use because of their high brightness and durability. Outdoor LED video walls can be mounted onto the side of buildings, provided on freestanding steel support structures, or mounted onto vehicles for portable outdoor video wall displays.
