As an alternative to the smiley faces you could also ask a simple multiple choice question and swap smiley faces for answers A, B, C, D or E and for those customers willing to give more feedback you can also direct them to a dedicated online feedback area specifically for your brand.

ExpressPods are affordable, easy to use and can be deployed in multiple locations throughout your stores. Results can be analysed in real time or collated by the hour, day or week and are accessible online.
